We’ve just put out a new shipment of beautiful handmade works of wearable art by Amber Mahler for Mani Designs. I am in awe of her technique and ability to make the silver take on the found object’s, usually seed pods or flowers’, fine details. Sterling silver lost wax cast earrings, $120 and necklace, $160; ikat printed scarf, $20.
Navy ruffle zip-front dress, $41; yellow t-strap seychelles sandals, $93; Mani Designs lost wax silver cast branches by Amber Mahler, $120.
Joti – This Butter by Nadia dress: I can’t even say enough about how much I adore it. I mean… one million ways to wear it… super comfy yet uber sexy… who wouldn’t want one of their very own? And it is STRIPED. There is no better deal out there ($219). I can’t wait to wear mine this weekend at my friends wedding in Charleston.
Letitia – Level 99 Robin jeans in Saffron ($106). It’s official: I’m a Level 99 jeans junkie. I got a cute pair of high waisted trousers about a month ago that I’ve been wearing constantly and now I’ve added this amazing pair of Saffron Robin jeans to my collection. I love yellow (just not near my face), and since I’ve given up black, I’ve been really enjoying dressing in bold color combos. Count on seeing me in these a lot… and they look so cute with my coral Frye flats.
Angi – From the very moment that Amber Mahler (Mani Designs Jewelry) started collecting little buds and twigs in the woods and casting them in silver and gold, I have been in LOVE. She uses the lost wax casting technique which creates a one of a kind piece and then gently saughters and hammers them to their delicate “stems” to make them into the most naturally beautiful jewelry there is. I actually own many pairs, but the latest shipment has delicate smaller studs that are more affordable ($110) than the 14K gold poppy buds that people literally stop me at every corner to admire. No one else will be wearing the same earrings as you, these are precious and worth every penny!!
Amber’s work is also under the “lines we carry” section of this blog. Go check out the website and try not to drool on your keyboard.
The shipments of the week are as fallow –
Tulle – you heard me! A GIGANTIC box of Tulle… think little yellow and white knit sweaters, the perfect canvas coats in tangerine and sky blue, a true waist grey canvas skirt, nautical inspired stripy tops… the list is just too long. I want one of each.
Level 99 – Great white linen mix trousers, SUPER flattering. And the perfect pair of wide leg light weight jeans.
Kersh – This is easily the largest Kersh shipment in a long time. Known for their flawless knits, these beauties won’t disappoint. Fashion forward tops that hang off the shoulder, beautiful knit dresses in spring green and black, little cropped crochet sweaters… just beautiful.
Amber Mahler – Some new pieces from Amber and we are stunned by her beautiful work! Beautiful necklaces and cast earrings… a few vintage and tin necklaces too… come take a look!
Paige – A seriously stunning pair of Hidden Hills (medium high rise!) in the perfect summer weight denim with a refreshing crisp wash that flatters all. And a skinny legged dark indigo jean. ($180, and $151)
Joti Marra Jewelry – I just have to mention that I brought in a TON of new stuff this week. Lots and lots of rose earrings in tons of fun spring colors ($50), my best selling vintage cameo earrings ($40), a few great necklaces, and a bunch of fun brass earrings.
Hazel – A gorgeous black lace circle skirt, a ravishing embroidered blue blouse, and a crazy cool pink skirt. It’s all so sweet and vintage inspired….
